Targets: - To question gender roles in old age
- To encourage women to discover things that are new to them
- To highlight new perspectives in old age
- To initiate dialogue between the generations
Details of the work done by the initiative:

- Open event, an inquiry: 3. November 1998
- Round table (discussion with experts and the media) on the them of women as care givers, labour market developments in the federal state of Salzburg, housing in old age

Activities:
- Creative writing workshop: "In meinem Herzen spielen Paradiese"
- Fitness trainings: "Fit ab 50"
- PC-introductory course: "PC, Internet und Co."
- Discussion group: "50-na und?"
- Discussion group: "Älter werden und Sexualität - geht das?"
- Group project: "Wohnen wie die Golden Girls"
- Coffee and talks: "Wir Jungen sind die Alten von morgen"
- Survey and interviews: "Einkauf und Konsum von SeniorInnen"
