Content and framework conditions of the project work
The initiative was founded in: 1993
The initiative was founded because of the following reasons:

Need for a counselling centre for women in the region - foundation by committed women

Target group(s): Women looking for work, women with financial problems, women who are having problems with their partners, women with emotional and health problems.
Targets: To provide support for women no matter what their circumstances: information, advice, counselling, company
Details of the work done by the initiative:

Individual counselling: looking for work, violence, mobbing, career orientation, separation/divorce, psychosomatics, medical problems, legal questions, emotional problems, financial difficulties, etc.
Counselling for couples: problems in relationships, communication problems, separation/divorce
Family counselling: bringing up children, family conflicts, pregnancy, family counselling, sexuality
Courses: e.g. on osteoporosis, without charge and anonymously

Success that the initiative has achieved:

A constant increase in the numbers of those receiving help, a strong interest in the courses being offered (e.g. relaxation training, divorce group), a growing awareness of our work

The financial background (annual subsidies, no grass roots financing), too little personnel

Participation of the target group concerning the conception, planning and implementation of the initiative's work:
