Content and framework conditions of the project work
The initiative was founded in: 2000
The initiative was founded because of the following reasons: On the basis of our own personal experience with therapy and the resulting improvement in our situations we felt the need to make other women aware of these possibilities for self-determination, so that they might expolit their own personal potential.
Target group(s): Women in the menopause (whereby we do not regard ourselves as older women)
Targets: To facilitate access by women to possibilities for self-determination, so that they might exploit their personal potential.
Details of the work done by the initiative:

A freely accessible group of women meets every 3rd week for two hours. The women exchange views and information and offer each other help. The group is looked upon as a guiding force for women in the menopause.
