because of the following reasons: The initiative came about while gathering ideas on women's health in connection with the "Healthy Cities Project" and the "Year of the Senior Citizen". |

| Target group(s): | Women about to terminate their working life due to age or health reasons, and women who no longer have family obligations. | ||||||||
| Targets: | Preparation for "retirement"; alternatives to professional work; improvement of the quality of life; communication of what is on offer and what is not. | ||||||||

the initiative: Regular meetings take place
with experts from the various institutions involved in the Round Table "Working
Life" in preparation for the event. |
