Content and framework conditions of the project work
The initiative was founded in: 1974
The initiative was founded because of the following reasons:

Access to the job market for women after they have brought up their children.

Target group(s): No specific group. All women who want or need to start working again.
Targets: To facilitate access to the job market and to the workplace.
Details of the work done by the initiative:

- A global approach to the problem, and working in networks;
- Building up self-confidence again;
- Fostering resistance to sexual stereotyping in the working world, extending this resistance to other job fields and developing new strategies for a better co-ordination of work and family life;
- Working for the recognition of an estimation of personal value that also includes skills developed from experience garnered at work and from life;
- A methodological approach to reaching decisions (processing of information, solving of problems, planning, etc.) which allows the women to solve their problems independently and on the basis of their personal situation, and thus take charge of their own future;
- Individual counselling up to and including successful integration into the workforce.

Areas of work of the initiative:
Social contacts
Education
Unemployment among women
Information technology
Success that the initiative has achieved:
