Equal Opportunities for Older Women

The focus of this study by two members of the Institute of Educational Sciences in graz is the current status of vocational further training for older female employees. Given the fact that early retirement is no longer available as a possible source of relief and that therfore the employment sitution for older women will probably deteriorate, the findings of this study and the proposals it puts forward on removing the existing obstacles are of particular relevance to labour market policy.
