| Abstract: This model project was carried out by the registered association ZWAR (Zwischen Arbeit und Ruhestand; Between Employment And Retirement) from 15.9.1992 to 15.9.1993. The aim of the project was to motivate women between the ages of 60 and 75 to participate more actively in social life, especially if they had not already been attracted by what is available in the line of honorary or voluntary work. The report documents how the project was implemented in the German cities of Ahlen and Bottrop. |
